Erik Polumbo
The Principal Broker for Polk Realty Advisors, Erik has a proven track record with getting the most value out of your property.
Erik also owns and operates Effective Project Management, Inc. (EPMi) with his wife, Alexine. EPMi is a project management consulting firm with a focus in real estate development, land planning, and business development.
Erik is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and an Associate Broker in Virginia and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
He has an MBA from Troy University as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Zack Strang
Zack is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida with a focus on a high-end residential properties and land sales. Previously, he held a Real Estate Brokers license in Illinois with experience in commercial sales including mixed-use, multifamily and urban infill properties
He co-owns and operates Duck Pond Capital LLC, a real estate consulting firm with a focus in commercial development, land planning and project management. Current projects are located in Greater Polk County including cities of Winter Haven, Auburndale, and Lake Alfred.
Zack comes from a family of citrus farmers, who have seen the rapid growth with Polk County quicky change many of the old groves into new subdivisions. Their new initiative is to engage in development opportunities in their community that promote preservation of the Florida landscape and principles of new urbanism.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
